How It Works

1

Upload their letter

The one they sent hoping you'd just... pay.

2

We generate yours

Every FDCPA defense, every state statute, every "prove it" they really don't want to receive. Reviewed by you before it goes anywhere.

3

We mail it certified

USPS Certified Mail with Electronic Return Receipt. Because "I never got it" shouldn't work for them either.

"Debt collectors send tens of millions of letters a year. Most people don't write back. You're about to be the exception."

Questions

Is this legal?+
Very. The FDCPA gives you the explicit right to demand debt validation, dispute the debt, and demand collectors stop contacting you. We just make sure you say all of it at once, with citations.
What if the debt is real and I owe it?+
That's between you and your conscience. Legally, they still have to prove it's real, prove it's yours, prove the amount is right, and prove they're allowed to collect it. That's not nothing.
Will this make them go away?+
Maybe. A well-documented dispute makes collection economically unpleasant. We can't promise they'll disappear — but we can promise they'll know you know your rights.
What if they ignore the letter?+
Then they may have violated federal law, which is actually a better situation for you than the one you started in. We include a link to the CFPB complaint portal on your confirmation page.
Why $29?+
The certified mail alone costs about $10. The rest pays for Claude to read their letter, know 50 states of consumer law, and write something that would take an attorney an hour to draft. We think that's fair.
